Had great location right near to the entrance to the ruins. And it was just 1 km from Ecomundo.

The room seemed a bit small.

Had beautifully maintained king room with private terrace and bathroom plus the bunk bed. The location in the middle of Palenque was stunning. Plus, I was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from El Panchan. They recommended a great restaurant with reasonably priced food and drinks.

the very very nice and extremely great staff gave us a nice welcome. the location was marvellous and brilliant in the great area. and it was at a moderate distance from paraiso maya palenque.

The units were impeccably clean with private bathroom.

During my Christmas stay, I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The setting and ambiance were simply amazing. Surrounded by lush greenery and wildlife, it felt like a true escape into the jungle paradise. The well-maintained facilities and cleanliness of the bathrooms were definitely a highlight. Plus, the staff members were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

There were a couple of minor issues that I encountered. the bunk beds were a bit uncomfortable, especially if you were assigned the top bunk.

Had lovely stay for Palenque Visit with efficient staff and stunning location close to the nature. Variety of food for breakfast, which was fantastic to satisfy everyone. Loved our stay in this hotel.

The location was perfect and nice - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

During my stay at Cabanas Kin Balam, I was amazed by the unique experience of being surrounded by the vibrant Mexican jungle. It truly made me feel connected with nature and disconnected from the stress of daily life. The pool was a lifesaver in the hot weather, providing a refreshing escape. The friendly and helpful staff made my stay even more enjoyable, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. Despite being situated away from the entrance of the ruins, it was only a short journey by collectivo to reach them. I highly recommend Cabanas Kin Balam for those seeking a peaceful and adventurous stay in the jungle.

Awesome experience there. Appetising and incredible food. Early check-in, parking on site. Well-maintained pool to relax in too. In the middle of the city, very convenient.

There was a good choice of food for breakfast, it was fantastic! I greatly enjoyed the room with private bathroom, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

As adventure travelers, we loved the stunning location in the jungle and its close proximity to the ruins. The cabanas provided a unique sleeping experience with the soothing sounds of nature. The swimming pool was a great way to cool down after a day of exploring.

Felt relaxed, no reason to complain.

The location is great, 2 km from a non - governmental nature reserve. 10 minutes drive to the airport, it is located to the nature reserve.

The bathrooms are not very clean.
